Imagine strolling through narrow cobblestone streets, sunlight filtering through ancient archways, the scent of wood-fired pizza drifting from a nearby trattoria... that's the magic of Sorano. Sorano offers a true taste of Tuscany. Savor hearty local dishes, sample handcrafted cheeses, and sip on renowned regional wines. Don't miss the chance to try acquacotta, a traditional bread and vegetable soup. The surrounding countryside is a tapestry of rolling hills, olive groves, and vineyards. Perfect for hiking, biking, or simply soaking up the Tuscan sun.   And the best part? Palazzo Palloni is right in the heart of it all! You'll be steps away from charming cafes, vibrant markets, and historical landmarks.

Matteo was unable to meet us so his dad met us instead. Even though his dad didn't speak english (nor did we speak any Italian) he walked us through the apartment and showed us how to work everything and he even helped us with our luggage - Matteo was on the phone the entire time providing excellent translation for us. The apartment itself is very spacious and completely modern inside of a beautiful old building. The town itself is very small and easily walkable once you are back from exploring the area. Matteo had some great suggestions for visiting the area.

Trovati all'arrivo acqua e latte. Grazie.

EVERYTHING. It was so quiet and beautiful and immaculately decorated. We loved the views and the nearby places to eat and get coffee. Mario was so kind and helped us get settled. We wished we could stay forever. Nothing comes to mind!

Very nice and comfortable apartment in the middle of the town, in a quiet location, sensitively created by the architect as modern accommodation and at the same time with a preserved historical soul. Apartment perfectly equipped, easily accessible by car and easy parking on a nearby street, everything is easily accessible from here. Very helpful and accommodating owners, easy communication with them. Beautiful location of the towns of Sorano, Sovana and Pitigliano with lots of historical sites dating back to Etruscan times and in a region with many natural beauties.

Wonderful appartment in an old Palazzo. You can see that Mario is an architect. The place has been recently renovated and hosts so many nice details. Very spacious, right in the mittle of the village, yet easily accessble with parking just a few minutes down the road. Mario was showing us everything while his son Matteo was live translating on the phone. We also got many recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Sorano is a great base to explore the region. Would stay again.
