Super sauber. Sehr geräumig und ruhig. Super nette, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber! Absolut familiäres Umfeld. Fühlten uns bestens aufgehoben. Toller Ort in einzigartiger und historischer Umgebung. Prima Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung. Fernab vom Massentourismus. Maximaler Erholungswert. Our family of four (with two teenagers) had a wonderful stay. We had plenty of space and slept comfortably. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the design is one of a kind. Mario was a thoughtful, responsive host. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. If you are visiting Sorano, I highly recommend Mario’s place!

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mitten in Sorano. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es gab alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und Matteo hat uns alles gezeigt und war jederzeit erreichbar. Eins der besten Airbnbs in denen wir waren. Danke!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay. The hosts were very helpful whilst finding the location and check in. The property was spotlessly clean and within a short walk of the town centre. Really nice apartment with attention to detail. Great location for hiking on the Via Cave, Vitozzi and Pitigliano.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo appartamento nel cuore del centro storico di Sorano. L’accoglienza è stata calorosa fin dal primo momento, e l’appartamento è semplicemente bellissimo: curato nei dettagli, pulitissimo e perfettamente integrato con il fascino del borgo. Un luogo dove si respira tranquillità e autenticità. Un ringraziamento speciale a Mario, il proprietario, una persona deliziosa e un host impeccabile, sempre disponibile e attento. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca un’esperienza autentica in un angolo incantevole della Toscana!

Un delizioso mini appartamento in un bellissimo palazzo d’epoca appena ristrutturato. Si trova in pieno centro storico di Sorano. Posizione top per esplorare il suggestivo borgo e con possibilità di parcheggio a meno di 50 metri. L’appartamento offre un piccolo bagno con doccia, la camera completa di scrivania e smart tv si affaccia sulle tranquille vie del borgo. La cucina offre tutto quanto ci si possa aspettare. A pochi passi si trovano botteghe di artisti e artigiani, bar, ristoranti e negozi di alimentari. Si può partire a piedi direttamente dal paese per delle belle passeggiate nei sentieri delle Vie Cave. L’host saprà farvi sentire a casa, il check è stato molto comodo e vi saranno dati utili consigli su cosa fare e dove cenare per gustare i tipici sapori della zona.

I struggled to type this review because it was hard to put into words just how incredible of an experience we had at Mario’s place. Not only is this home spectacularly furnished, and impeccably clean, the attention to detail Mario has put into every nook and cranny is phenomenal, something you’ll really appreciate if you’re into art and design. We also loved all of the little ammenities here and there that were just so thoughtful. Mario himself is the most wonderful host, even though we barely Spoke Italian (translated usually by his son) every time we saw him he was always happy to see us and offer us insights into the magic of sorano. This one has now taken top of the list when it comes to our Airbnb experiences - Grazie mille Mario!

Eine tolle, ganz neu renovierte Wohnung im Zentrum der wunderschönen Stadt Sorano. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief ganz problemlos, der sehr freundliche Besitzer zeigte uns wo wir das Auto kurz halten durften um unser Gepäck auszuladen, dann zeigte er uns einen kostenlosen Parkplatz 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Obwohl der Besitzer fast nur italienisch spricht und wir nicht konnte man alles sehr gut verstehen. Die Wohnung ist ganz neu, sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es waren sogar Kaffeepads, Wasser und Milch sowie ein frischer Abspülschwamm und Wischtücher vorhanden. Die Küche ist ganz neu, gut ausgestattet und sehr hygienisch. Wir haben viele Tipps bekommen. Ein gabz besonderer Ort und ohne viele Touristen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank

We had a 5-star experience all around! Mario, the owner, and Silvia, the co-host, were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The apartment was even better than the pictures, situated in a peaceful little village—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Wonderful clean decor, it’s well-equipped with all of the amenities you could possibly need, including dishwasher, washer/dryer, Nespresso coffee maker, great WiFi, and a wonderful shower. Beds were, clean, fresh and very comfortable. The only improvement could be air conditioning or fans in the bedrooms. The location is quiet, with barely any traffic, though it’s just steps away from a main road for easy access. A lovely feature is the nearby old church with charming bells ringing daily from 08:00 to 20:00. Highly recommended!
