What is the cancellation policy?

If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking being accepted, you receive a full refund, provided your arrival date is at least 7 days away. You also receive a full refund if you cancel 2 or more days before your arrival date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are not eligible for a refund. If you are unsure about your plans, write to us before booking. We would rather answer your questions than have you cancel.
