Check-in at Palazzo Palloni is in person. Mario will meet you at the door when you arrive. This is not optional: Italian law requires identity verification at check-in for all accommodation. It is also, in practice, the beginning of your stay. Mario and Matteo know the village. They know what is open, what to visit, and where to eat.
